OR........THIS ONE, the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM

Which one should be the next lens that I buy?

If I go with the L series glass, then I'm looking to get it sometime in 2010. The other lens maybe in late '08 early '09.

AND IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER..............

Picked up this beauty last night for a good price. Out of the box, it works like a charm. Shots are crisp and clear. Some slight softness at the full 135mm but nothing that can't be sharpened up nicely once you get the pictures on the computer for processing. Excellent walking around lens. Looking forward to shooting at the Zoo with this lens. More updates later..................

CANON DIGITAL REBEL XTI UPDATE 1

Well, quite simply……Excellent Camera.
Had it out on Saturday night testing the No Flash setting.

It did the job it was supposed to do and there wasn’t one bit of pixelization.
If this is what it turns out on a night shoot, I can’t wait until I go out during the day.

Have been reading lots and lots of articles on lenses etc… Lots of fun, and highly interesting. Photography Rules, that’s for sure.

Found a cool website, well worth checking out when you have the time.
