Response To Comment On McLaren Article

If Ron or McLaren actually did something wrong ... other than operate a professional racing team that is the envy of the rest of the motor sports world (otherwise why would one of the Ferrari boys be trying to get out of his shitty team and onto McLaren so badly. I think the truth speaks for itself.Viva Scuderia McLaren !!!!See you on the top of the sport at the end of the year again Ron .... Where you belong! T as in TruTh
The above statement was put forth by one of my friends in the comment section in response to my article of 26th July 2007.

I will now respond to the anfractuous comments made because it just needs doing.

T., I don’t know where the hell you’ve been lately or where you get your information from but McLaren actually DID do something wrong. And in doing so they became very unprofessional. Please read the excerpt from the FIA WMSC press release of 26th July 2007.

“The WMSC is satisfied that Vodafone McLaren Mercedes was in possession of confidential Ferrari information and is therefore in breach of article 151c of the International Sporting Code.”

Go on…read it again, and then read it one more time after that, because you need to get it straight my son. McLaren were found GUILTY.
The fact that they got no punishment is a mockery of justice. You know damn well that if it were the other way around Ferrari would have been disqualified from the rest of the season. The only reason McLaren weren’t is because of a young kid named Hamilton. Plain and simple.
You have stated many times over the years that Ferrari has “bought” Championship after Championship as well as other things. I would think that McLaren made a very large purchase last week, only thing is, is that they forgot to check the kill date because it was bad. Now it will go to appeal and they will be punished accordingly.

You also state that Stepney was trying to defect over to McLaren. WRONG AGAIN as usual dude. I really wish you would take off the weed coloured glasses you wear so much. You might end up seeing the real story for once, not the story you wish for from that Δ9-THC haze you’re used to peering through. The real story is that Stepney and Coughlan tried to approach another team and it failed, they were both turned away.

I’m astonished at your lack of knowledge on this matter as you (and the novices of the sport) like to think of yourselves as quite the aficionados.

I’m seriously beginning to doubt that dude.
Here endeth another lesson.

See you at the track.
